I have 8 years of experience as a teacher in your school. That's a significant milestone! You must have seen many students grow and learn, and have had a positive impact on their lives. For example:-

- Watching students achieve their goals and reach their full potential
- Building strong relationships with colleagues and creating a supportive team environment
- Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans and curriculum
- Adapting to new teaching methods and technologies
- Mentoring or sponsoring student clubs or activities
- Participating in staff development and growth opportunities
- Seeing the impact of our teaching on students' academic and personal growth
- Celebrating milestones and successes with our students and colleagues.
